To meet our training goals, we’ve established a strong internal training framework.
Our extensive nationwide workforce includes highly qualified trainers with diverse security certifications. We operate a Delhi Government-approved Training Center in Mahipalpur, offering the following courses:
- A 160-hour training program for newly hired guards in compliance with the PSARA Act 2005.
- Skill enhancement courses for Supervisors, Security Officers, Assistant Managers, and Area Officers.
- Certified Train the Trainer courses endorsed by MEPSC/NSDC.
- Accredited Train the Assessor courses supported by MEPSC/NSDC.
